Go to the hash after leaving work early.

Expedition

So, as planned, I left work early at around noon and drove my way to Trubenhausen and parked my car on a little parking spot for wanderers, nicely located in the woods. From there, I walked my way up to the hash - first on a perfect path, later on, somewhat disorientated, up onto a little mountain, without any trails or paths. Still, it wasn't too much of a problem to locate the hash pretty quick, and I got a good accuracy and made some fotos for proof...

After locating the hash, I continued my way up the mountain, to reach the so called 'Rosstrappe', the highest point up here with a fantastic panoramic view. But today, typical for April, it was quite foggy and dense and so the panoramic view was nothing but white mist hehe... Still, I dig this kind of atmosphere in the forests - the silence is even more intense, when the fog hangs in the trees almost as thick as cotton. The second half of my tour was going down pretty steep and led me to the ruins of an old fortress (the Gelsterburg from the 13th century), mainly moss-covered heaps of stones, but still very impressive!
