From Hannover, I took a train to Bremen-Mahndorf and walked the rest of the distance.
As I approached the site, I saw some fenced-in meadows, presumably for horses, and I was a little worried that this may also be the case for the meadown with the coordinates. But it was not the case. I entered the meadow walking along a small stream and eventually reached the coordinates.
After recording proof, I left the meadow and noticed that I had enough time to walk to the further Achim train station instead of the closer Mahndorf train station. So I did so and took the train back to Hannover.
