I've made several unsuccessful attempts at this hashpoint.
It should be accessible, since it seems to be recreational land, but the problem is parking somewhere nearby. The road that it is on is much busier than I'd expected, making it hard to find a place to stop.
My first attempt was thwarted by it getting dark and not having time to try to find a place to stop. My second attempt was in the daytime, but the traffic made finding a nearby space impossible, and I didn't have time to make a few more passes to figure out where I could go to park. The road that I was planning on parking on didn't have anyplace where I could.
