I was on vacation on the other side of the state, and this geohash was less than a kilometer from my workplace. No cubicle geohash, but still close - walkable even.
Returning to the office, I decided to retro my lunchbreak, and reached the spot easily. Plus I haven't entered a retrohash on the wiki yet, so this is good practice :)
