After being unable to reach 2023-10-11 52 4 in Den Haag, I cycled back to the train station and took the train to Utrecht. From there, I took a bus to Zeist/Van Renesselaan and walked to the Bibliotheek Idea, the Idea Library.

Outside of the library, fish is being sold. The coordinates are behind the fish booth, a few meters into the library. I can already get into the uncertainty circle standing between the fish booth and the building, but to zero in, I would be going inside.

Luckily, the library is publically accessible and open. After first trying the wrong corner of the triangular building, I got to the right corner afterwards. In the 12+ section, I located the coordinates and recorded proof. The fish booth was visible outside the window behind a shelf, adding credibility to my position in the rather large uncertainty circle caused by being indoors.

After leaving the library, I walked back to the bus stop, took the bus to Utrecht, and took the train via Hengelo back home to Osnabrück.
