Kyrkazakh (talk): If attempted, would be my first December expedition, my second month of hashing. Seems like a typical local park in suburbia, might even see a few people here (meet a stranger opportunity?). I'll hopefully attempt this today and even-more-hopefully will arrive before dusk. Note to self: bring paperweight to hold down poster if left at nearby gazebo. You heard me: gazebo.
Expedition
Kyrkazakh (talk): Ultimately a did-not-attempt. I had it all lined up but before I started driving to the Cities (on which I would've deviated to start the expedition) my car's check engine light came on, and although the cause doesn't appear to be extremely serious, it burned enough time that an expedition wasn't viable. Counting this as a 'did not attempt' because I didn't actually start the leg on which I would've added the expedition, feel free to dispute this. Unfortunate but these things happen especially when you have an old-ish automobile.
