In the late afternoon, I walked to Osnabrück Central, took the train via Bremen to Delmenhorst and walked the rest of the distance.
The coordinates were next to an illuminated path in a small patch of trees near the river Heidkruger Bäke. Among some blackberry bushes, I located the coordinates and recorded proof.
Afterwards, I walked back to the station and took the train back home to Osnabrück.
