Stop by the apartment of User:Blóðøx after work to pick up a camera. Take the bus to the Sinsen neighborhood and then walk for about five minutes.

Drink ale to celebrate reaching a hashpoint.

Blóðøx texted to invite me. I live nearby, so after washing off the mud from earlier adventures that day I walked down to meet them, then we all went to Torshov for "Lammeskank", pasta and stout.

Snoken, random guy & girl and yours truly caught a bus from my apartment. After a 20 minute bus ride, we met Bønna (who chose to use her bike to get a bicycle geohash achievement) close to Københavngata. The hashpoint was a convenient 10 minute walk from the bus stop, in a back yard. We met Lastorset more or less at the hashpoint.

The actual hashpoint initially appeared to be fenced off, but our good friend Snoken was able to bypass an ineffective locking mechanism. GPS reception was unfortunately quite bad in the back yard, so I'm not sure if we can present strong evidence for reaching the point.

After the successful expedition, we went to the Torshov neighborhood to catch a brown ale and some food. Lastorset, random girl, and random guy let us there, and Snoken, Bønna, a friend of Bønna (who considered geohashing too “geeky”, for some reason), and I then went to The Oslo Microbrewery bar to drink even more.

I stopped by after work, a short bike commute detour. Left a message close to the fence that prevented me from reaching the hashpoint.

Some random guy & some random girl on their way.

Through a public park on our way to the hashpoint.

Into a backyard…

… but the hashpoint appeared to be fenced off!

At this point of time, we didn't think we were going to make it.

It turned out that the door was open. Happy geohashers at the exact hashpoint!

Distance: 12.38 meters, accurate to: 12 meters. GPS reception was bad in the backyard.

We kindly moved eiggen's note closer to the hashpoint.
