A parking lot at 1325 Vermont Ave., Los Angeles.

I contacted someone I know in LA, and had them go to the location and take pictures.

Expedition

From my puppet/agent on the ground:

I had the address 1325 Vermont Ave., Los Angeles, to go on, and I could see a parking lot on Vermont on Googlemaps. Went there, let my friend nap in the car, and took pictures of the spot between two red cars in an unmarked lot, between the building addresses 1321 and 1345. The chiropractor shown on Googlemaps is not there any more, although there is a dentist's office to the north.

Going back to my car, I noticed that there was another lot one building north, still south of 1345. What the heck, took some pictures there, too. But since it was marked 1345, I surmise that the first lot was the right one. Later, checked again the Googlemap with the goehash marked, which confirmed it.

Across the street is the huge Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital, which apparently has its own parking, since there were many empty spots in the un-guarded parking lot at, presumably, 1325 S. Vermont.

Achievements

Is it true that JesseW earned the Puppet Master Geohash achievement? In principle, yes. But the puppet did not know to take proper proof-photos, and the puppet-master didn't take a picture of themselves that day, either. (2012-05-15 34 -118).
