Vbob: On the grounds of Franklin Park Zoo - maybe even on the people side of the fences....
Don't think I can make it to this one - but somebody ought to - Admit One, Public Transit, Frozen Hash, hash kitty, hash gorilla, hash giraffe.... and raptors galore, I'm sure!
Phyzome: I didn't even know there was a zoo there! I've ridden past this place before and thought it was just a funny name for a place with a bunch of rock formations or something.
Of note: "Winter Hours (October 1- March 31) 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. daily **Last entry one half hour before closing.**" [1] Hash o'clock is closing time, so if I go I'll plan to approach the hashpoint at 2:00 PM.
guinea-pig: Hot Damn! A weekend hash that doesn't require trekking through someone's back yard. I just might be there. BTW, it's the Stone Zoo, not Franklin Park Zoo. They're both run by Zoo New England, and it appears Google puts the marker for Franklin Park Zoo here, instead of in Franklin Park (Dorchester)
