An idea both awesome and stupid: I could get a Border Geohash and a 190-km Bicycle Geohash if I cycled there from Joensuu and back. The whole trip would take at least ten hours, maybe more if the weather is hot as forecast by accuweather.com (from 30°C at noon to 20 °C at midnight).
As far as I can tell, this point is not in the border zone, so it should be legal to enter.
I am not sure if I want to do this. I will consider and decide tomorrow.
Update in the morning: I decided to not go for it this time. Too little profit from too much effort, and it is indeed unbearably hot by my standards (now at 8:30, it is already 23 °C). I might try another hashpoint closer to hy home, however.
Update in the late evening: And so I did: 2019-06-07 63 29. Perhaps I will do a geohash in Russia when one falls in the northeastern corner of 61,30 on a suitable day, possibly letting me get a Virgin Geohash.
