Good call about getting contact stuff beforehand. My attempt yesterday was kind of spur-of-the-moment, I was already in Andover via commuter-rail for an family get-together and figured what the heck, might as well swing by. Didn't count on it being so crazy hot and also raining, so I might have been a little miffed. No worries though.
I suggest you have the regular games day on Saturday such that it could conveniently occur at or after a Saturday geohash. Every Friday morning when the coordinates came out you could declare the location at the geohash, at some venue near the geohash, or at your place, depending on geohash location and weather.
