Location is just down the road from me, near the house of a friend. (He rents it out, though.) It's a go!
The hash in the woods, but near a power cut and a road with several pull-over locations.

Success! I parked in the Better Living Components driveway entrance, just before the locked gate. I walked across the road to the power cut, which mercifully featured some tractor ruts. Yay for not walking through briars! Also, I met a turtle with a very pleasant demeanor.
After looping around the back (west side) of the property, I walked along some trails in the woods. They seem to be human walking trails. At one point I feared that the hash would be in the lawn, and I wasn't up for introducing myself to the tenants.
I found the hash just 10 feet from the driveway. Rockin'!
