Location
It's just off the road called Possession Estates at the south tip of Whidbey Island. Is that a gated community?

Thomcat is likely to make it - and is considering a bike geohash. The 3:00 ferry is probably best for the 4:00 meetup, although the 3:30 could work in a pinch. Researching the gated-ness of this location now.
