DE: Ich habe vor kurzem von dieser neuen Art GPS Spiel gehört. Daher will ich heute mal einen Versuch starten. Ich werde nächstens mich auf den Weg begehen. Mal schauen, ob ich das finde und nachher alles richtig dokumentieren kann. -- Pastis

DE: Der Platz war em Rande eines Ackers im Wald. Der Steilhang hat uns einige Mühe bereitet.

Auf Deutsch

Wir entschlossen uns heute einen Ausflug zu machen. Entweder ein Geocache, oder mal einen Geohash zu machen. Wir fanden ein Geohash sei mal spannend, und er war auch nicht zu weit weg von zuhause. So gingen wir zu viert mit dem Auto in die Region der Zielkoordinaten. Es blühten überall auf der hinreise die Obstbäume. Es war wunderbar.

Dann endlich kammen wir in die Nähe des Ziels. Oops, schon langsam geht uns die Strasse aus. Autsch das ist nicht mehr wirklich Kleinwagen tauglich... mehrmals schlugen wir auf. Also Wagen parkieren und zu Fuss weiter.

Irgendwo dahinten am Waldrand muss es sein. Wir sind nun schon ganz nahe. Aber im Wald wird es steil. Den Hang hinunter, nein zu weit. Wieder den Hang hoch. Hmmm, jetzt sind wir wieder zu hoch. So ging es noch ein paar mal rauf und runter, bis ich es endlich im Griff hatte, und beim Ziel ankam.

Uff, das war etwas. Ganz ein tolles Erlebniss. Die Idee gefällt uns gut, und wir werden sicher wieder mal einen Geohash machen.

Ps. Man sah von diesem Ort aus sehr guten auf den Säntis. Das ist weiteherum sichtbarer Gipfel. Daher hier noch ein Link auf die Seite dieses Aussichtsberges. Link zur Saentisbahn

We decided to make a trip today. Either to a geocache or to try a geohash. We thought that a geohash would be fascinating, and it was also not too far from home. So we went by car to the vicinity of the goal coordinates. Everywhere around us the fruit trees were flowering. It was marvellous.

Then finally we arrived close to our goal. Oops, already the road is petering out on us. It is no longer really suited to our small car, and several times we bumped into things. So we parked the car and walked.

It must be almost into the forest. We are now very close. But in the forest it becomes steep. It sloped down, but not too far. Then it sloped up again. Hmmm, now we are too high again. And so it went a few times more, up and down, until I had it finally had it in my grasp, and reached the goal. Uff, that was something. A great experience. We really enjoyed this, and we will surely geohash again.

Ps. From here we had a very good view of the Säntis. That is a nice summit. For this reason I added this link: Link to Saentisbahn.

-Vielen Dank an Benjw. Ich habe jetzt ein Teil aus einem Bericht von einem anderen Geohasher kopiert, und hoffe damit auch lernen zu können.

Hmmm, now we are again too high. Thus it went still up few times and down, until I had it finally in the grasp, and with the goal arrived. Uff, that was something. A great experience. The idea pleases us well, and we will make surely again a Geohash.
