As last year: meet in #geohashing at hash-o-clock and figure them out!

We should have an alternate all ready to go. My suggestion is "the best hash we missed this year." There must have been one somewhere that you looked at and said "if only it wasn't Wednesday/5 p.m./raining/freezing/laundry day/the day before my thesis defence" and regretted not getting to.
