Plans

Aaron and Tim decided to start geohashing after it came up in a discussion about geocaching. The 21st April was picked as a date, and they resolved to go to wherever turned up in their graticule, aiming for a 4pm arrival. Their friend Chris was collected from Norwich on the way

Expedition

A lovely drive through Norfolk showers eventually brought them to park near the field and walk through much mud to try and find the right point within the field. The photo shows their success at approximately 1615 BST. Very little else to report!

From there, they drove to Baconsthorpe and explored the lovely Baconsthorpe Castle before geocaching in Holt Country Park and going for drinks and food in Holt. A great day and a fun geohashing debut - here's to many more!
