Essentially uneventful.
Buildings in the area are a weird mixture of styles of "standard" buildings of wide variety of decades of 20th century. The name of the nearest street is quite untypical though, it is Standard street (notice the punchline).
The area seems to be in the process of renovation - some buildings visible on Google maps aerial photos are missing.
