While playing Citadels, Jessica was excited because the hashpoint was not far from our home so we decided to take advantage of the beautiful day and head out.

We also checked out the achievements we haven't done yet and noticed the Circus Achievement. While George and Katja can juggle, Jake and Jess were able to find some clown noses to help reach a new achievement.

Driving out was a beautiful sunny day in Northeast England and we easily found our way to Westerton, County Durham. The roads didn't have names but the phone's maps were good enough to guide us through town to the correct road and we easily located the field. Katja was even able to match the trees on the side of the road to our satellite map (after turning the map the correct way!).

We didn't want to walk through the field and ruin someone's crops so Jake located a tractor path from where the tractor had driven into the field. It was a much easier walk. The phone GPS got us within 0.03 yards so our circus performances began! George was able to juggle bowling pins while Katja mastered the foam bowling balls. Jess showed off some (lame) acrobatic skills with her clown nose and Jake does what he does best, clowned around.

While walking back to the car, a youngish shirtless man drove by in his white van. He drove past but then did a 3-point turn to come ask what we're doing in the field. George politely explained we were "Geohashing. We're looking for a specific point today." George tried to encourage him to google the term to which the young man replied, "What's googling?" George explained looking for the waypoint a bit more but we all left with the feeling that he wasn't going to get it.
