Expedition

St. Oopid (talk): I arrived a little before 4:00pm (the drive was just suburban streets, nothing remarkable). The hashpoint itself was on the driveway of someone's home. As I got there, the gentleman who lived there was just getting out of his car, so I introduced myself and asked if people had been showing up at his house that day (he said No, so either I was the only person to make this hashpoint, or the rest of you are very sneaky ;-) ) I explained geohashing as a game kind of like a scavenger hunt; he asked if there was a prize, and seemed to think that "bragging rights on the internet" was a completely reasonable reward.

As a sidenote, I am liking Geohash Droid -- it created this page for me, after all -- and on this trek it told me, explicitly "You Are Here (to within the ability of GPS to determine)", which was fun to see.
