Plans

Home graticule. Sunny day today, checked the hashpoint near a cottage complex in Villa General Belgrano, a very well known touristic place in our province. Either on the street or maybe in the fence of the complex.

Expedition

Several months passed with no expeditions for me, so being Easter holidays and all, I decided to go for a drive with the family to the sierras and try to reach another hash. We left Córdoba before noon, driving South on RP5 towards Alta Gracia, famous for being once home of Che Guevara.

We passed Alta Gracia, leaving Paravachasca valley and entering Calamuchita valley and stopped for lunch in Potrero de Garay, near Dique los Molinos lake. After that we kept driving with beautiful views, until we reached Villa General Belgrano, a beautiful little town resemblant to those in the Alps, with craft beer and all.

Less than 2km from the main avenue was the hashpoint in the vicinity of a metal garbage bin of a tourist complex near the town airclub. After snapping some pictures we took the kid to an amazing park with a big playground near the bus station, where we played a lot with the swings. We stayed for a couple of hours in town, which was packed with people because of the holidays and saw some proud descendants of the immigrants that populated this town a couple hundred years ago. And then, exhausted, drove back home.
