In the yard of elementary school 2553, near Novogireyevo, Moscow. Not sure if public access.

I checked the Street View panoramas, and it didn't look like there would be public access (in retrospect, that might not necessarily have been true outside of the school year), but the point was maybe 25-30 minutes of travel (each way) from my home, so I decided that if I get a free hour during the afternoon I'll go there to check.
