As planned, we set off around 7pm. The ride was very nice, we planned it ahead of time with [http://naviki.org Naviki]. [[User:Mampfred|Mampfred]] got to know the issue with missing mudguards for the first time but that made it even more fun since it had rained for a couple of hours during the day.

When we got there, we were quite surprised to see some other people holding their cellphones right about where the hash should have been. Mampfred decided that they could only be fellow hashers (and vaguely recocnizing the faces from the wiki and decided that it is time for the greeting he had been wanting to use for a long time: "Hello! Are you guys from the internet?" Turns out, they were! We had a short chat and took some social-distanced photos and both headed our own ways. It was nice to meet you even for the very brief time :D

While entering Idstein, we both noticed that we had been there independently of each other before, but not really near the hashlocation and of course without proof. We had no problem finding the general area and parked directly under high voltage power lines. We only had to walk about 200 m along a nice path into a field using them as an easy guide. We could not possibly miss the hashlocation due to the nicely noticeable masts and trees which were easily visible in the aerial pictures. Sadly, Pedro could not go play on the dog training parcours right next door, but he did not mind either.

Then suddenly a nice couple appeared at the edge of the field, grinningly asking us whether we were from the internet. What a nice surprise! There probably would have been more waiting if we had planned the meeting, it was crazy how well timed this random encounter was. We moved away a little to let Mampfred and LadyBB to the hashpoint while chatting a bit. Pedro really wanted to greet them, but this was no time for playing. The pictures from both sides turned out great, it was nice to meet you! We then continued on our way home and later on even went to another hashing adventure: [[2021-06-24 50 7]].

Since the hash is not too far away, our plan was to go for a (e)bike ride after work leaving poor EmmJay to go to bed on his own. Sniff.

Santu & Gefrierbrand

Since there were roadworks along our usual route, we decided to use this opportunity and travel along a different Autobahn and go hashing on the way.

Expedition

Mampfred & LadyBB

As planned, we set off around 7pm. The ride was very nice, we planned it ahead of time with Naviki. Mampfred got to know the issue with missing mudguards for the first time but that made it even more fun since it had rained for a couple of hours during the day.

Santu & Gefrierbrand

We then continued on our way home and later on even went to another hashing adventure: 2021-06-24 50 7.
