Expedition

The Plan

In someone's driveway just off Lakeshore Boulevard. I'm usually a bit iffy about these, but it's about a sidewalk's length away from the road... if there were a sidewalk. Worst case scenario, we'll wait for a dip in traffic since it doesn't appear to be a busy road, take the screenshot from the road, and call it a day.

The Geohashers

The Adventure

Three years between geohashing! A lot has changed to the point where I can't go out and travel for hashes as much as I'd like, and between that and a little pandemic, I haven't exactly had opportunity. This, however, was perhaps a mile away from somewhere I was going anyway; it may not be the most exciting adventure, but it's good to have them regardless.

We parked at the apartment complex across the street and opted to take the picture from the driveway. Considering the signs saying 24 hour surveillance, I'm hoping the person isn't too paranoid about two random people showing up and leaving within the space of a minute. That said, as has always been the case when the geohash is on or very close to someone's property, I make sure not to take pictures of said property; all the pictures are taken away and of the surroundings.
