Expedition

In the morning, I cycled to Osnabrück Central and took the train via Münster to Dortmund. Leaving the train station's parking lot was unexpectedly challenging, but once I found the way out, I could cycle the rest of the distance to Oberlippe.

The coordinates were on the edge of a forest behind a meadow. There was a black horse on the meadow, so I approached through the forest instead. The friendly horse followed me, it seemed like it wanted attention, or food. In the forest, I located the coordinates among some ferns adjacent to the meadow and recorded proof. To take the panorama shot, I stepped on a nearby tree stump. When I walked back to my bike the other way around the meadow, I completed a full counter-clockwise walk around it.

Afterwards, I cycled to Lünen, took the train via Münster to Osnabrück Central and cycled back home.

In hindsight, I should have placed a bet at the Reform Club that it would come this far.
