The El Paso Graticule
The El Paso, Texas graticule is located around latitude 31, longitude -106.
Most of the graticule is in Mexico and the city of Juarez. Fort Bliss and desert occupy much of the land that actually is in the US, making El Paso not the best place for geohashing.
