The Houston, Texas [[graticule]] is located around latitude 29, longitude -95.  This area is mostly land, with only a small portion of Galveston Bay and the Gulf of Mexico in its southwest corner.  For our purposes, it shall include the Greater Houston Area, including all points in Harris, Montgomery, Liberty, Chambers, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, and Waller Counties.  This is a rather large area, but it is representative of how insanely spread out the Houston area is.
