The Santa Ana graticule is at latitude 33, longitude -117. This area encompasses southern Orange County, Riverside, and North County San Diego. The graticule is approximately 20% ocean, and contains the large military base Camp Pendleton, which is mostly inaccessible to civilians.

Hijackal is still in the area, this is probably his last free weekend. Is anyone up for a Saturday meetup - or a midnight double attempt with wet feet?

Sorry, we are locationally constrained tomorrow at the BSA camp in Balboa Park in the San Diego graticule. However, I just drove that road yesterday. If you go take your hiking boots and extra water, there are some great hiking trails along Sandia creek and up Black Mountain. --Stephen Cerruti
