I'm a little uncomfortable with this one. If you have to climb over a padlocked gate, over a ditch onto someone's property, and then run away when you spot someone because you know you shouldn't be there, then you are not geohashing. You're simply trespassing, and possibly even spoiling it for the rest of us. We don't want hashing to get reported in the tabloids as 'the sport where people try to trespass to score points'. There are ribbons available for asking permission to access the point; there are even ribbons available for turning away because you saw it was on private property. Please take one of those next time, rather than the "I'm so important that I don't need to pay attention to the law or respect other people's property or wishes" ribbon. -- — Benjw  [talk] 15:25, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
