If you were on time for the 4pm Saturday meet up... Don't worry, I'll be back soon (and I promise not to tell you when!) :-P --[[User:Kate|Kate]] 11:09, 14 March 2009 (UTC)

We were on time. At least that went as planned. -- [[User:UnwiseOwl|UnwiseOwl]] 13:25, 14 March 2009 (UTC)

Do you have to be successful in reaching the coordinates in order to claim this ribbon, or simply meet someone new and attempt the geo hash with them? --CJ 08:08, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

I would think that arranging to meet them at another location in order to get to the geohash was no, but meeting them while you were both attempting to reach the coordinates was yes. It's celebrating the, "OMG! You're a geohasher too!" moment. -Robyn 13:17, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

Hmm...I've been waiting 6 months for another geohasher to appear in my grat. Today, he does, out of the blue, and we arrange to meet on the way and travel the rest together, in order to conserve fuel (we never actually got to the point, but I met new folks and certainly had a "OMG moment"). Does this mean I can't actually claim this, because I met him on the way, not at the hash? If so, that sucks, and I might just go cry -- UnwiseOwl 09:40, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
