Well, May 21st seems to be unreachable, right in the middle of Utah Lake. What're the chances? And Ogden's is a few thousand feet up a mountain near Trapper's Loop. I work 1-9 Saturday. I'll try and scout it out early morning if it's accessible and I have time, maybe leave something for you guys later on. Fridays and Mondays I'm off work, and I might start switching out to Saturdays depending on how this geohashing turns out. I've got one, and I've ordered two more from Newegg, one USB for my laptop and one navi system for my car (I've been meaning to get one for a while). The other is just a cheap handheld one, but it works alright. I'll try and bring a banner or flag or something to make the hotspot visible if I get there first. --Tsen 03:33, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

I'm probably not going to make it to this one. I didn't have time to get work off for the day, and that's a good two hour drive from my house, so I'd have to be up and going there by seven, which is a bit early for me. General discussion

It seems that the Wasatch front is bisected in both directions, so why limit ourselves to one of the four potentially nearby coordinates? Today is May 25, and it looks like the (40, -112) point is right on Antelope Island, about a mile east of Antelope Drive. Very accessible. I'm headed out there today, whether I can find a GPS or not.

The question is, how to coordinate which of the four points is ideal?

I added a section for signing up/voting for different graticules, and added a dedicated Ogden graticule, since it's almost entirely accessible. Friday voting/sign ups will start for the Saturday meet-up, and we should know where we're going by Saturday if all goes well. --Tsen 06:16, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
