I'm in the Lewiston grat at the moment, and I won't be in Japan again until early next year. Enjoy hashing in Tokyo! The mass transit is truly outstanding, and the Kantō plain is flat enough that the hashpoints aren't all up a mountain. Very sorry to miss you! --starbird 07:34, 23 August 2012 (EDT)

another hash proposal

Hi Starbird, I am in Tokyo until 13th July, though I may be travelling outside the capital then, and then again from the 27th to the 30th of July, during which time I should be here. If we see a good hashpoint in the two or three overlapping days, we could go on a joint expedition. I'll keep monitoring this page in case you're interested! Tongs/B (talk) 01:02, 24 June 2015 (EDT)

-Today's hashpoint would take me under an hour to get to, being not too far from Higashinagasaki Station. However, it appears to be in someone's house, so we'd only be able to get about 10m from it. -:Failing that, Sunday's (2015-07-05, just over two hours for me) is by the side of a river and Monday's (2015-07-06, again, just over two hours) is very accessible (once you get there), at the junction of roads to a temple and shrine, and onsen.
