Use {{location|CN}} to tag expeditions that took place in China. It will add Category:Meetup in China to the expedition.

Using ISO 3166-2 abbreviations, you may also tag the province/autonomous region/municipality that the expedition took place in.

Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao are ISO 3166 regions in their own right, so don't use a subcode of CN, and instead use TW, HK or MO respectively.

If the category link appears red, do not worry and create the category. Make sure that it is included in the appropriate parent category, for instance, Category:Meetup in Beijing is a subcategory of Category:Meetup in China. The subcategories should be sorted in by their respective code.

Examples

  • {{location|CN}}: China
  • {{location|CN|BJ}}: Beijing
