Do you have some American Friends?

I was driving home yesterday (April 28) and saw this car. I actually saw it last Friday (April 24) but could only get a blurry picture before he turned off the interstate. I was surprised that I saw this car again. I waited till traffic came to a halt before I snapped this picture. Look at the license plate of the car.
