It seems to be in someone's front yard, but there's always the Lost Novelty Flying Disc Diversional Tactic. What might make the trip worth it is an excellent Mexican food place nearby on Thousand Oaks Blvd., or, alternately, a Claim Jumper's. My room mate and I might try to make it out there for dinner.
