Location
This geohash location was on the corner of Mullens and Parsons St in the inner-west suburb of Rozelle in Sydney. The area is surrounded with industrial buildings, and is a pretty good location for a geohash.

Reports
Visit One (9.00am - Kate)
I was very excited, I had only been back in the country for 2 days and already there was a geohash in the inner west, the last time there had been one in that area was in September! I was planning a bike ride around the area, so it wasn't far out of my way to stop by.
The bike ride ended up being full of "oh, Sydney is so pretty" and "I love Australia". I was definatly enjoying riding in the cool Sydney summer (fortunatly not the +45 degrees of the previous week!)
I rode along the bay and saw a toadfish in the water, heard the kookaburras laughing and green trees covered in leaves!
The hash point was on a corner that I used to drive straight past on my way to work 2 years ago. It was outside an office that was for lease and I briefly considered renting it so I could get the office award but then I realised just how silly an idea that was...
So I chalked the footpath and rode home knowing that, as I had to go to work in the afternoon, and it was only about a 200m detour, I really should pop in and visit again...
Visit Two (2.30pm - Kate & Danny)
My first geohashing meetup - I (Danny) caught up with Kate, who I'd never met but known about for many years from the Sydney Uni Bushwalking Club mailing list.
I (Kate) was rather excited about meeting Danny as he had, for years, answered all my computer questions on the SUBW mailing list!
We had a great chat and he invited me to come and play with his gamelon orchestra! This was definatly a meetup in the true spirit of Geohashing!
Visit Three (4.00pm - Gormster & Millionmice)
Brought and played Hungry Hungry Hippos. Left board and balls by the xkcd mark created by Kate & Danny in the spirit of social weirdness.
Visit Four (10.30pm - Kate, CJ & Claire)
I (CJ) hadn't had a chance to check the location of this geohash until mid-afternoon. To my surprise we finally had a location that was within suburban Sydney, and was easily accessible! I had to go out with some friends to North Sydney in the evening, and so had planned to stop off on the way there at about 6.00pm. Due to the wet weather and some accidents on the freeway however, I got home much later than expected, and didn't have time to go to the hashpoint before going out for dinner.
As my wife and I were leaving North Sydney, I realised that it was just before 10.30pm, and I had noticed that Kate had indicated on the wiki she would be at the location (for the third time!) at around this time. Having met at various hashpoints before I was able to message her to let her know that we were coming. She suggested we stop at the service station one block away for squishies. What a good idea (and exactly what I needed)!
We got the squishies and then met at the street corner on which the hashpoint lay. I soon discovered the chalk marks from earlier geohashers who had visited. Required photos were taken, and we stood around drinking our squishies and talking about Kate's recent European adventures. Another successful geohash!
