Zigdon and FunkyTuba plan to meet here at 12:30 for a lunchtime meetup.
Looks like easy access right on the edge of Garret park. I forwarded to Vicki, who works nearby.

It's a little difficult to tell what's on the Oak Knoll Drive side of the park. Zillow shows it to be a private residence. The actual spot is may or maynot be in the park. Will use discretion.
Execution
Spot is on private property just outside the park. The owner is nice, bemused, and welcoming. She said we are welcome to approach from her property, park on it and visit the site (and the park). Sorry, no pictures, I forgot to ask her to take one of me on the spot.
Given the low GPS granularity on my iPhone, I used Google maps as an assist.
