I think the residents must keep dogs or other animals judging by the fences and gates. I'll have a look but this one is doubtful.
Update: This is now a building plot for sale. That throws everything wide open again.
Expedition - Fail
This was odd. Some sort of operation goes on behind these fences, kept out of sight. I arrived at 23:02 and got to a point about 24 metres from the hashpoint. I aborted because of the level of activity, just out of sight, but in sight of the destination. I got the impression that it would be safer not to intrude. Who works an hour before midnight on a Friday? There were no physical barriers preventing access - just a sense that it was not quite safe.
