2016 is starting nice with a "Couch Potato Honorable Mention"-geohash for my parents home. I will cash this one in the morning.

Expedition

This was as easy as expected, the location being less than 800m from my parents home.

I rearranged my plans to do it in "Walk Frozen Midnight Snowman ~~Tron~~" style and because I don't want to squeeze it in tomorrow. So I left at 23:45 on 2016-01-03 and arrived already at 7 minutes before midnight on the exact spot. I built my snowman, waited until midnight and for the thermometer to display a "room" temperature of less than 0 degree. (Problem: It was so less of walking that the thermometer didn't acclimate to the outside temperature while going there)

At midnight, I took my proof photo and left. At this time the thermometer was already displaying -1 degree for the "room" temperature. It was more likely something like minus 3 degrees as it was measured by the outdoor sensor before leaving home.

Finally, I somehow feel that I gained way too many achievements for this little of effort :/ Tron would have easily been possible, too, but I'll go for it another time.
