Expedition
π π π (log from April 2020)
Because 4 July is a holiday in the US, the 5 July hash was out at 15:30 on 3 July. Leidenfrost and were at university and decided to spontaneously visit it to claim the Déjà vu achievement, not being weren't aware that going there one or two days early while knowing the coordinates didn't count since this requirement was added to the achievement. The hashpoint was very intersting, as it was located in the courtyard of the HAW, the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. We weren't even sure if we could go there, because we are students at the University of Hamburg and the courtyard might have been locked.
We swiftly set out, taking the train to Lohmühlenstrße and walking the last 400 m. At first, we wanted to get to the hash from the east, but the door was locked. So we went around the building, finally reaching the courtyard where the hashpoint was located on the path, not even 5 m from the main building. In the middle of the courtyard, maybe 15 m away, there was a large airplane compartment. We spent at least five minutes trying to find the right spot and several people (students and academic workers) passed us, some settling nearby, but nobody told us off. Then we took the train back.
Two days later, on 5 July, we went back to the same coordinates after lectures, took a quick photo, then set off again after less than a minute. Since we fulfilled the requirements as they initially were thinking we got the Deja vu achievement, I hope this qualifies as a Radio Yerevan.
