I took the train to Paderborn and walked the rest of the distance, 5.7 kilometers. I passed the airfield in Haxterberg and saw a plane.

As I got closer to the destination forest, I thought about which path I should take to reach the coordinates. I could go left or straight ahead, and both of them involved walking through the forest. Three guys walking ahead of me seemed to have the same discussion. "There are two ways!", one said while showing one of the others something on his phone. Fellow Geohashers? They went straight ahead, so I turned left. If they were Geohashers, I'd see them again soon enough, if not, then at least I'm avoiding an awkward situation when I burst into the forest right behind them for no apparent reason.

After going into the forest, I located the coordinates anr recorded proof. They were not there, and indeed nobody else arrived until 16:00 while I ate my lunch. It seems that they were not Geohashers. On the way out of the forest I saw another man, sitting next to a tree, reading something on his tablet. Also probably not a Geohasher, or I suppose he would be moving.

On the way back, there was some more activity at the airfield. I saw motorized planes towing sailplanes several times, once they took off when I was really close. After walking back to the station, I took a train back to Hannover.
