I took the train to Wittmund. My bicycle was with me, but I parked it in Bremen while switching trains. Taking my bicycle all the way to Wittmund would have made this expedition easier, but I couldn't take the bicycle on the three trains between Bremen and Wittmund, as that would have required several reservations which I didn't pursue.

Instead, I walked to the Geohash from the train station in Wittmund. It had rained when I was in the train, but the rain had stopped at a perfect time. While walking out of Wittmund I saw some cows. I expected the Geohash to be on a meadow (preferably without cows), but it turned out to be in a canola field. I reached the coordinates walking through tractor tracks. The plants still were wet from the rain, which meant that I got wet too. After recording proof, I left the field and walked back to the train station. When I arrived, I was dry again. Now I took the train to Bremen on my way to 2021-05-18 53 8.
