Today should happen a solar eclipse and like always on such days this is a reason for an expedition. I looked for the best place to look at it and found this area as a best one. I traveled by bus, trains and ligth rail to Marienwerder and walked to the hash. In the forest I found an empty bottle. Then I found a bench, really good for looking to the eclipse. But there were clouds, clouds and clouds. There was blue sky, too. But always in the wrong direction. Then I looked to the found bottle and the label found a 35% eclipse! Only in the reflections of the lens on a photo around the time I found some reflections with a 35% dark.

In the evening, I took the tram to the Pascalstraße station. From there, I walked the rest of the distance. I walked through a settlement and through dark forests, and in the end I reached the site of the Geohash in a forest.

After taking a few steps inside, I reached the coordinates and recorded proof. Once I got back to the path, I walked back to the station and took the tram back home.
