Today, I decided to walk rather than cycle to the geohash for a few reasons. Firstly, my current longest walk geohash is quite short compared to others. Secondly, while there are a few paths that go through the Illwald forest and its surroundings meadows, they aren't very bicycleable. The cycling route that goes around the forest would have been twice the distance and I would have missed an opportunity to get a new Juggernaut achievement (pending verification).
I left home at noon and arrived at the geohash at 13:30. The coordinates were located in the middle of a patch of short trees between the path and the river Ill.
After recording proof, I walked back home and prepared for Geohashing Day 2023 in Germany.
