In the morning, I took the train via Rheine to Emden and inline-skated the rest of the distance.

My speed highly depended on the nature of the path that I was on. At first I was semi-awkwardly traversing cobblestones and gravel paths, but eventually I was able to go faster on regular asphalt.

The coordinates turned out to be in a corn field. After switching the skates for shoes, I was walking between two fields along some trees, and then only had a few meters to go into the field.

After recording proof, I walked to the nearby bus stop Rahe L1/Achtert Thunen. So far the weather had been good - a bit windy, not too hot and a bit sunny. Now I was noticing big rain clouds. A minute or two after I boarded the bus, heavy rainfall started pouring out of the sky, and I was glad to not be outside anymore. The bus brought me back to Emden, where it was sunny again. Feeling lucky to have remained dry, I took the train via Rheine back to Osnabrück.
