In the morning, I took he train to Wildeshausen and inline-skated the rest of the distance.

As always with inline-skates, the surface of the path is a huge wildcard. First some okay brick roads, then some infuriating cobblestones, then some nice and smooth asphalt, then an earthy path in the forest. I contemplated whether it would be worth it to change into regular shoes for the last part, but decided against it, since it was just a few hundred meters.

The coordinates were a few meters off the path next to a small stream. The Dance™ took me a bit longer than expected due to weird GNSS reception, so after I recorded proof, I wasn't sure if I'd catch the train back. But sure enough, once I got out of the forest, I was lucky to have some nice surfaces on which I skated back to the the station on time. From there, I took the train back home to Osnabrück.
