I was not the one that tagged this expedition as a Not Reached. I did make it to work on this day in Kennesaw, which is in the Roswell Graticule. I checked the coordinates for this day and decided that I would attempt it. But, driving south west was not possible given that both interstates going that direction was closed. I attempted back streets at that time but, I never came closer than 20 miles to the hash point. Every way that I attempted was a closed road.

I took the top three pictures and the rest came from friends that I had e-mailed with during the day. I would consider a Not Reached Geohash if less than a mile, but not 20 miles. I could have attempted to Geohash in every graticule in the world that day and got a Not Reached award.

I'm not going to change it back to Expedition Planning but if other people would like to weigh in on the subject, feel free and if there are enough votes, then maybe I'll change it back to a non expedition. --NWoodruff 17:06, 24 September 2009 (UTC)

My view is that you made quite a bit of effort to reach the co-ordinates, and the fact that you only got within 20 miles is irrelevant. You didn't sit at home (or at work) doing nothing, you were out there having a go - so I would call it an expedition. --macronencer 18:50, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
