- Indeed it does not, but in that case why bother with the last hundred metres, or the last thousand? Personally, I do not count a hashpoint as reached until I have actually reached it. Fortunately most crops are amenable to picking a path through them -- certainly wheat and potatoes are; I haven't hashed in any other types of field yet! Thanks for the message, by the way. - I agree about 100 or 1000 metres but at 10, this is close to the inherent GPS accuracy. In certain weathers, over a minute or two, there can be that much drift from just standing still. Sometimes my phone and Garmin receivers disagree by that amount. When I attempted 2015-05-07 52 1, I got to the 5 metre mark. There was a big fence in the way. I didn't claim that one. At 2015-06-29 51 0 I was 3 metres away in similar circumstances but you could lean over the fence. I did claim that one. I do like taking evidence photos that show zero distance though.
