From Geohashing

Oppose - It turns out that I can't count and this is probably complete rubbish. You'd have to be last man standing on multiple days and visit multiple hashpoints on other days to match or overtake all the other geohashers. I still wonder if there's a freak month when someone did it though - there are a few extremely active geohashers! --Sourcerer (talk) 09:59, 1 February 2015 (EST)

I'm resonably certain that nobody has managed this. 67 expeditions in a month is the lowest in my data (2013 & 2014 only) and the most by a single geohasher in a month has been 20. I imagine that the farther back you look, the less likely it becomes Mystrsyko (talk) 12:55, 1 February 2015 (EST)
Let's wait two years and see if it is going to happen. :-)

Oppose - A dependency on the behaviour of others makes it virtually impossible to 'strive for', and it's incredibly difficult to calculate. Furthermore, it can't be tied to any specific expedition but instead relates to a cluster of them: because it's calculated in hindsight, it's impossible to say which of the expeditions "brought about" the award. --DanQ (talk) 07:44, 15 August 2018 (UTC)

Oppose mostly due to the reasons provided above, but also due to the achievement indirectly encouraging other geohashers not to go on expeditions to allow someone to claim this achievement. --KerrMcF (talk) 01:45, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
