How to messure?

Can I just put the thermometer into the sun, or must it be messured at a place where no sunlight falling directly on the thermometer?

The thermometer should honestly reflect the temperature you experienced at the geohash. You determine what's fair. -Robyn 17:09, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
